I prefer the second one, much classier.

I think the first one suits the character more.

I like the 2nd one, but the first one is truer to the character because of the top. I hate those awkward garter things on the first one though, and sleeveless tops always look awkward as hell on guys who don't work out. Plus the 2nd one incorporates the boots.

Second is delicious, first works better for the character though

The Mahou Shoujo designs are supposed to be pretty classy, even if the character isn't.

I wanna say second one, except the top on the first one is far more Kyouko like to me.

That's the only way the first one is superior in my mind.
