Gothic

Initiation: Do a tasteful graveyard photoshoot and manage to post it to egl without causing a shitstorm.

Positives: Elegance, style and a delightfully macabre outlook on the whole 'gang war' ordeal. Also, a lot of our accessories (parasols with spiked tips and heavy/studded jewelry) would be great to have in a fight. Blood doesn't show up well on black, either.

Negatives: Having to donate plasma to afford Moitie. Also, I imagine the big heavy shoes would slow you down in any gang fight you happen to get into.

In order to stay a part of this gang, you must:

-Have an altar to Mana-banana-sama in your chambers.
-Call your room your chambers.
-Forsake all things pastel colored.
-Own something with a skull on it (bonus points if it's an actual animal skull).
-Insist on calling Moitie blue "navy" because that's the color that's listed on the brand's website.
-Have no less that five (5) candelabras lit in your room at all times.
-Be able to say the words "Elegant Gothic Lolita Aristocrat Vampire Romance" without even the slightest hint of irony in your voice.

Those who break with the code will be murdered and buried upside down wearing rumba panties and an Ebay lace monster.

The semi-modern Prussian aesthetic doesn't go that well with the lolita frills. The militant element could be from something dressier, like a dragoon parade uniform (pictured). You could make something really nice applying that style.
Then there's the issue of headwear. I could see an officer's top cover turn into a loli item, but helmets would be more difficult (unless it's something very decorative to begin with).

Pirates would be armed, clever, and since they pull inspiration from many different substyles,we'd be excellent spies. The negatives, of course, would be that pirates are naturally very independent and not good at working together, so we'd probably fuck ourselves over. Sweets and sailors, say, could form an alliance, but pirates would be hard-pressed to get along with each other. And considering our nearest loli "relatives" are punk and military, yyyyeah no.

Also, pirates fucking hate sailors, so easily distracted.

I see us as being epic trolls of battlefields, and mercenary as hell. We are scalpers, yes we are.

Sweet. We'd probably have the largest amount of members, and have a very intricate social hierarchy. Even if said hierarchy was never actually spoken of, it would be obvious to all of the sweet lolitas who was at the top. The most deco'd, OTT, ultra-poofy girls. It would be full of traitors and backstabbers, all trying to climb to the top of the food chain or get some attention from the super OTT crime bosses. The society among members would be vicious and hardly anyone would trust another sweet lolita personally, but we'd all be there in a snap if some gothic or classic loli tried to pick a fight with one of the other sweets. We'd tag giant cupcakes and ponies around the city and give the stink-eye to anyone who wasn't a sweet lolita who came near our gang-run bakeries and accessory shops. Vicious fluffy white attack poodles, marshmallow-rope gangsta chains, pastel Escalades and Mercedes-Benz, crazy shit.

I am so going to draw some of these ideas out. I've always planned for a lolita gang war type story to make into a comic someday, but never really thought out the details like this.

I never realized Guro Lolita was an actual thing. Guess you learn something new everyday.

The Sailor Lolita gang would probably be the most useless but we'd also be the most fun. Probably because there's only three of us.

What about the gang of Ero-lolitas?
No body really likes them, and theres some talent there, although its very concentrated in a few girls. They get rude nicknames from all the other gangs especially the classics, like sluts and hookers. Their initiation is walking across the bad part of the nearest big city, at midnight in platform stiletto heels without tripping or being raped or mugged or the like.

Pros: If you make it into the gang, you get free boob jobs and tattooed makeup. That is, if you want it. The ultimates refuse, and do their "battle face paint" by hand every time. Also, free coupons for eyeliner and eyeshadow and free gym memberships, to keep those thighs looking sensual and tight. No one wants a fat ero-loli.

Cons: Every other lolita gang looks down at you and underestimates you, but in a way thats a good thing. If you can muster the strength to actually do something, itll be quite surprising and deadly.

Other idea for guros (maybe for those too wimpy to join the beserkers?)
They would be a small gang that didn't take sides or participate in turf wars. They would constantly move around and their would be at least three on the sidelines of every fight take the best looking bodies home. Whole or in parts wouldn't matter. Some might cherrypick the best skin from some bodies or the best eyes or hair from others, some would just take the whole thing home. 

I picture usage of a body as similar to native american's using a buffalo, nothing would be wasted.
Clothes would be taken apart to use as patterns, which would be made out of dried skin, or woven from the victim's hair (though obviously hair would be more of an accent to a dress, as you'd need a dozen enormous wigs to make a dress)
Hair would be used for strings on instruments for the orchestra that would play at fights involving four or more small gangs, or more than one gang against the sweets or gothics. 
Skin could also be stretched over bone frames for drums, and sewn on with tendon in bone needles. 
Innards would be cooked and eaten.

They take defects from other gangs. The initiation process involves making a headbow or headdress from your own skin and hair (very devoted inductees may quickly gain favor by using their own finger bones)

When one of the gang dies, they are similarly cannibalized and used. If the death was natural, all nearby guro lolis must sit shiva (sit on a hard or uncomfortable surface and wail loudly, utterly consumed by grief) until the body is completely used.
If the death was not natural, the killer will be abducted and forced to cut apart their own body to make into instruments, dolls, clothing, tools etc. Once the killer dies, the remains and all the things they made out of themselves are burnt, leaving nothing behind but a bloody leather headdress in their gang's camp...

Like, in the real dramatic scenes be realistic, but all the sweet lolitas look kawaii anime desu. All the gothic lolitas look like they stepped out of Tsubasa and the Crow, then all the classic lolitas are done like old illustrations and watercolors.

I just finished coming up with (very shallow and generalized) profiles for the main members of the Sweet gang, myself. I think so far my favorite is the one that's the "muscle" of the group. She lost her eye in a battle and is now obsessed with killing the Gothic gang member who took it. She wears a locket with the girl's picture in it and has a deco eye patch for every outfit. Her weapon of choice is a swichblade she's also deco'd. She sells similar ones on her etsy shop.

I've nearly finished my first loli based card game (its inspired by games such as flux,gloom,munchkin, etc.) but once Im done with this one, I'd love to make one based on this concept too.

Also, making it a Table top rpg would be epic, I could see it easily being run via one of the many already existing tabletop systems, but in my head I see it as like a whitewolf game, sort of like hunters in stats/abilities, and the gang inner workings/heirarchy a bit likehte clans of Vampire the Masquerade?

I already run a lot of WW games, and converting a few silly rules for it to be more loli would be dead easy ( I run and write all the converted abilitys for my local Vampire larp already) haha if enough interest.... I would even be tempted to run it as a once a month loli LARP but you need quite a few players to make something like that work.

But tabletop is allot easier to run/plan, damn I am tempted!

Alright. I've added some Gothic characters to my list, now. I might add a Classic and Aristocrat gang, but I always envisioned them as being "above" it all. I feel like they would watch the Sweet and Gothic gangs duke it out while having a lovely picnic with white wine, crackers and fancy cheese.

Oh gosh, no. I'm planning on writing a short story involving them. I've actually never really role played before, but I love to write so I'll definitely give it a shot. I might end up using one or two of my characters from the short story, then.

tabletop anon here.. and I just had a mad idea.

So imagine this. Im up for writing/modding some whitewolf material for a loli gang wars game.

I have ran many larp games in my time and have access to venues for weekends.

I havnt got the exact plot worked out yet but hear me out:

The substyles have been at war for a while, but a common threat appears, the substlyes arrange for a tempoary ceasefire and a meeting is called (which would be the weekend game) to assess the threat. The players would be representatives/guards from their factions.

Would probably end up being run as like a heavily political game/murdermystery type.

Sadly I have only ever met IRL one other loli who was as into Larp/RP as myself, but damnit I would love to run this one big loli only game!
