Can't give a real evaluation without knowing what you're cosplaying, although I'm already pretty sure I see multiple signs of poor construction.

It's recognizable, but here's some critique/construction tips if you want to fix it up some.

- Remove the topstitching from the bottom of the middle panel of your shirt/jacket. It should be faced or blind hemmed.
- Your skirt is knife-pleated and has a yoke. The reference is box pleated all the way to the waist.
- Use bias tape for the lines on the collar and the skirt.
- Flatchested loli = wear a sports bra for compression

You look preggers, and I'm sure that's not the intended effect
