Why is the height distribution so unequal for the between 4'1 and 5'? IMO, it should be be more like under 4'5'' and then between 4'5'' and 4'11''. I know a few Asian girls who are also very short and they are between 4'8'' and 4'11''.

The age ratio makes a lot of sense for the board's mentality. The 18-24 range is that transitionary period between high school, college, and the real world where people don't know what they want out of life and are still highly impressionable. You all still want to please and aren't afraid to tear down and bully your peers to get what makes you feel good, even if it isn't right. As soon as you all make it to the point where those things don't matter to anyone else, this board will be a much happier place.
