    Alright guys, going to my first con, Fanexpo. Tickets bought, got a place to stay, and then my bro's job changed the dates of his time off, so I have to go alone. Having already stumped up the cash for the ticket, I am going to go, but would it be worth it going solo? Never been to a con before.

    Cons are awesome, alone or with a friend. Try meeting some new people while you're there. It's a social event. I personally prefer going alone because it kind of forces me to talk to people I've never met.

    its easy to have fun at a huge con like fanexpo, even if you're alone! there's tons to do.. its also really easy to make friends there!
