I was staff at that con, and no, the person next to you was more then likely not the person who was involved in the biting incident. the biting incident was at the masquerade (Not at the hentai panel like several people heard.) And it was a guy in his 20s who was dancing with a 14 year old girl he didn't even know.

At least that is the version I was told by head of security at the end of the convention.
