Those are awful. The kids not even cute. The Engiee to his right is ok though. And allow to me bitch and moan for two seconds, but the biggest pet peeve I hate about Spy TF2 cosplays is that he doesn't wear just a blue/red suit. It's supposed to be a pinstripe. But that's nitpicking and I'm sure there will never be a handsome, tall and skinny male spy with the right shade of blue or red mask.

It's actually pretty cleaver. I thought it was a mask at first, but if you squint you can see her lips within the the Spitter's Mouth painted black. So it's like a duck bill that's around her mouth that makes up the top and bottom of the open jaws of the Spitter. I'm going to guess it's attached with some sort of spirit gum or something. Also that must have taken some time and practice with make up and the know-how of stage make up fixings and what nots.
