I've found myself wanting to cosplay Shiny Luminous from Precure. I'm looking for methods on getting close to the volume her hair has. Any tips are welcome.
Multiple multiple wigs, so many wefts. The wig should most likely be split up into three parts: each pig tail right and left, and the base part of the wig.
And it will weigh 20 lbs by the time you're finished.
