In
all seriousness, I don't think you're stupid or anything, but if you
have proof for your claims, please, post it, it would help everyone.
If
you just open google.com and type in "What rep range for compound
lifts? " You will have enough results telling you to stay in a low rep,
low set range.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/topicoftheweek8.htm Even BB.com recommends you low rep ranges, with the exception of higher rep ranges for hypertrophy.
And
for the assistance excercises, let's take the example of incline bench
and normal bench. If doing 5x5 I can't imagine anyone being able to do
the incline benchin anywhere near his 5rm.
So please, almighty tripfag, enlighten me with your superior secret knowledge. |
