weighed about 150ish before. I wasn't SKINNY, but I wasn't a land whale
either. I had a severe medical problem that disallowed me from doing a
lot of things. Yes, running would hurt my lungs. Having a giant blood
clot in your lungs makes shit happen. The blood thinners kind of take a
lot of strength out of you... They also put me on this medication that
not only causes extra pounds to be put on, but the doctor demanded that I
get a lot more calcium than normal. I couldn't take pills, as they
interrupted the other medicine (which was significantly more important),
so I had to drink a lot of milk. So, my diet was negative leafy greens and plus fatty milk. It
didn't do well for me, and I'm fighting to figure out how to fix it.
I'm really not comfortable in this weight, but I'm not denying that-
yes, I am this fat. I'm not wasting all my time sitting on my ass, I am
dieting, and I am exercising. |
