Since the very first Moetron picture didn't include a skirt there hasn't really been any real agreement on what skirt is "original" or "official". But the pink one is most common in /a/ while 2chan seems to have settled for a black-pink split. Personally I like the pink-yellow one, but pic related is the first one with the skirt showing.

Lots of Dye, cuttting, and styling, yes.

This keeps getting pushed down my list, as my younger sister'd be the one cosplaying it, but I'd never subject her to the backlash she'd get from /a/ for being human. So I'd end up wearing it for the pictures that'd end up on /cgl/, and I'm not as cute as she is, which is the main reason it keeps getting pushed back~
