do you mean the initial mask, or the one he wears when disguised as another player?

initial mask: Buy balaclava, cut two holes - one for eyes, one for mouth. Done. It will be sloppy but if its just a party not a con, no one will care. Make sure to remember the hole will be bigger when you put it on.

For the character face mask, make a large version of your picture, cut it out, punch a hole on either side, use string/fishing wire to hold it on. Done.

When is it?

Best option is if it is happening relatively soon, head to a camping store and check their balaclava's and ski masks.

The character mask is actually the easiest part - its SUPPOSED to look a bit tacky and very fake/obvious.

Since you have a few days, try looking around for a higher res version of the picture. Also, dont print it out on normal paper, print it on the thickest paper your printer can handle so it doesnt get crinkled quickly by your nose/movement. Dont forget eye/mouth holes!
