    I entered just for fun, but I was a bit dissapointed that most of the costumes with many votes are silly costumes with no real skill or detail and are voted up by fandoms and what not.

    Those are only the top 30 in the first album, there are like 5 albums. But yea, some of those costumes aren't much of costumes. (but some are great).

    Yeap, I entered for fun. Its a shame that a lot of really good costumes are being ignored. Whilst silly/excessive boobs are getting the votes. I don't mind boobs but the costume has to be good.

    Its interesting to see popular cosplayers take part. Gives no hope for unknowns through.

    Four months of having people enter and it's only the second month. 6 albums already. 1,200 people. Most of them look meh but they're pretty with a decent picture so they get away with it and gets a shit ton of votes. I'm OK with this contest but going at this rate especially with con season coming up, it might be over 2k people and that's just ridiculous to go through the albums to "vote"/Like .Because of this, some of the better ones probably won't be payed attention to.
    It might have been better if it was 2 month submissions for open entries and every 3-4 months break to do this.

    Why do people it hate it so much? Like honestly, its a visual hobby & welcome to open voting. And the Top 30 isn't nearly as awful as it could be, there's actually some decent cosplay.

    Its only annoying when my facebook feed is flooded with "VOTE 4 ME GUIZ" everyday.
