It was a cosplay. Shit was horrible.

The things stitched on was crooked. It looked like buttons were held on by one thread. The bill of the hat was ungodly long that I had to fold it in half. The gloves were full on retarded, the thumb for the glove was for a finger and placed on the palm or some stupid shit like that.

At least it was presentable to wear after I fixed a few things, but I'm still mad. I would never recommend or order there.

    arda wigs.
they have nice wigs (soft and lots of wefts) but the color selection is kinda limited. it isn't too bad since you can just dye it though.
also the shipping is quite fast, usually gets here (I live in CA, USA) within a week or so.

i wish i could contribute to this thread more but i don't buy my costumes. i was going to purchase a vocaloid costume from cocosilverhk since i heard their costumes are well-constructed and have good choices for fabrics but i changed my mind for the cosplay.

I really recommend this seller, the bangs are a bit long but I don't really think it's a bad thing, it's not hard to cut them or anything. And especially the quality of the shorter wigs is so too good to be true, the longer ones tend to tangle pretty easily if you don't take good care of them.

    Yasashinayume's shopping service

I recently ordered an Excentrique corset from their web store through her. Her commission rate is 7.5% of the item.

The transaction started on 13th Feb with my initial order email and I received the item on 21st Feb. She was on travel for 2 of those days. The transaction to 8 days to complete but minus those travel days, it probably would've been a lot quicker. I'm currently using her service again for some shoes!

I ordered a typical sailor moon costume from HelloCosplay and it was the WORSE thing ever.

I have an average body type so I ordered from the listed size that fit my measurements perfect [M] and when I got it it was awful...

It was way too small. the skirt went way too high, so high that you could see my butt in back. There was a ONE INCH HOLE right above the zipper, the sleeves weren't long enough and they cut into my arm pit. The boob seam was too high/small and instead of going under my bust it went in the middle of my bust.
The choker they gave me, the crescent moon was sideways and looked like a C and the gem on the head band fell off. The gloves were massively huge.

I reported it to paypal to get my money back and they just ignored my dispute and after I extended it, and I didn't get my $80 back even though I had pictures and proof that it was god-awful.

There won't be one. Wigs are okay, but clothing is a real hit or miss. If you cross your fingers and hope to get one of the few that is passable, remember that if you do lose you lose a lot. There is no communication, no refund, and no way to assure the quality since milanoo steals all their pics form other sites.

There are plenty of cosplay sites listed here that will do customized commissions for your measurements. Of course it'll be more expensive than milanoo, but you get what you pay for.

Personally, even if they sent out quality products, I wouldn't do business with them because of their unscrupulous practices, including making multiple sites as a storefront to escape their reputation and trolling the community to spam up their shotty products. There's a reason why egl banned them.

I have one. I ordered a MM replica dress, skirt, and blouse. The zipper on the skirt was flimsy, and the fabric was thin, which I pretty much expected. The dress was great for a $45 knockoff. The only thing wrong with it was the front bow was kind of derpy. The blouse looked like the picture, except I thought they made the cuffs a little too big. So yeah, it's not glowing, but overall I'm pretty happy with my Milanoo stuff. I also really like one of the free pettis they included.

Even though the site is hard to navigate, cosfun.net is really good!

I've custom ordered from fan+friend several times and haven't had a problem, so I'd recommend them.

You just have to put a right pointing arrow before your text

Okay guys, after reading some tasty-ass reviews, I think I'm gonna order off cosplayfu, since they have a cosplay I've not seen anywhere before.
My question is, roughly how long did it take to deliver? I'm in the UK and have a con in 4 weeks. Is it worth the risk??

I've only ordered wigs from cosplayfu, but I am planning on getting a cosplay or two since I suck at sewing...

anyway, the wig shipped quickly and it was really nice and thick though a little small. That was okay though since the bangs were a bit longer and fuller than expected so I could wear the wig a bit back without it being noticeable at all

Well that's simple, and I am now understandably embarassed/ashamed.

    ebay seller greatarchy09:
    >order wig on a whim to take advantage of free shipping offer
    >arrives way before due date
    >very soft and VERY thick
    >this was 2 years ago, used it at about 6 events, still amazing.
    >used them several times since. All with the same success.

    mooncostumes.com
    >stumble upon them looking for a costume for halloween
    >notice cosplay section
    >costumes all the same as cosplaymagic.com but cheaper
    >order 2 costumes regardless of possible image stealing
    >all arrive on time and am pleasantly surprised. does seem to use cheapish materials though. Guess you get what you pay for!

    qqcosplay:
    >see wig to match bought costume
    >its fairly simple but expensive but im too new at this to style myself
    >took about 2-3 months to get here. was packed a bit shoddily too.
    >decided to give benefit of the doubt and use again some months later.
    >quality was better but still took forever to get here

    fan+friend:
    >friend loves lolita, want to buy her xmas gift but cant afford anythnig brand (nor do i know that much about it)
    >use fan+friend because I saw a totally cute coat i knew she'd love.
    >ordered custom sized but had a few problems navigating
    >'Jet' got back to me really quickly and was really helpful, ordered without problem
    >didnt arrive in time for xmas but very shortly after (ordered it mid-october which is presume is a busy time...), was in great condition and friend loves it.
<used several times since for accessories and little things, working up courage to order and wear my first co-ord outift.

Also looking for some FM-Anime feedback because I found the perfect wig but shipping is a little steep.

    Is it worth it?
