It depends whether it's an in town con or out of town. if it's in town we all go out to eat and crash at someone's house for the night. If it's out of town, we wander around the hotel, chill in our room, go eat somewhere, go to the rave/dance, and get at least a few hours of sleep in.

It's something of a mixup of hanging out with friends somewhere and sleeping. It depends on how I'm actually feeling and who I'm with.

I usually end up going to sleep while everyone else decides to go raving. This is partly due to the fact that since I'm usually the driver to cons, I'm the one actually exhausted with a migraine from being up early. Going to raves at cons don't appeal to me because of the major con-funk. I prefer going to late night panels that are usually reserved for 18+ and karaoke rooms are great for cooling down at the end of a long day.

I only go to one local con and I save myself the cost of renting a room during the con. I'd like to experience having a room right by the con out of convenience some day, though I'd have just my trusted friends rooming with me.

Before I was 18 it was usually time to be a total weeb and go to karaoke, gaming places and just hang out in the city late at night since there is always things open to under 18 years olds, that or a house party.
When I turned 18, started going to the pubs with the 18+ crowd or going to some of the bars and clubs that are specifically catering to an after party for the event.

By the time I get back to my room after the shit I usually do, it's easily 11PM. So by the time I've gotten my costume, binding, wig and makeup off and showered it's midnight and I just fucking crash. Then I wake up anywhere from 6:30 to 8AM and start the process over again.

Relax with friends with a few drinks in the hotel room and then sleep.

I feel old for not being all young whippersnapper-like and partying until the wee hours as the rest of you tripfags are.

My friends go to the raves, I go to the hotel room alone and take a nice shower, read any manga/admire figures I've purchased during the day, watch some TV, and go to sleep before they get back. I also like having all the floor space free to stretch for a while after being on my feet all day.

I get very stressed and irritable if I don't get some chance to be alone during the day, so I really like my hotel time. I also usually get mild migraines at cons, so I need a head start on my sleep to get rid of them.

In my country conventions finish at 8 pm. Even though at 7 pm I'm running the con begging people to go out with me they all look at me like I'm asking them to ride a white elephant.

I am trying to change the trend, but with a community composed by 15 year olds that don't know how to catch a taxi to go home at night... It's very complicated. I an't even get a club or pub to tag along with my ideas, because the community does not consume any alchohol (and thus the space would get no profit)

I drink "covertly" and wander around talking to people, finding fun chill people to hang with sometimes. Mostly just wandering about on my own though. I sometimes pop into the various hentai and yaoi rooms if they have them, if not I go watch people in the video game rooms if they are open, maybe play a few rounds of something and laugh at how terrible I am. I usually do all this in a godzilla kigurumi and big stompy boots.

If the con is lame at night I just go catch some extra z's.
