08/25/10(Wed)17:05 No.3468928>>3468705 sauce? Of those figures: How many of these people have degrees?
How many African-Americans were misrepresented and sentenced due to
that misrepresentation? The vast majority convictions in that chart are
in urban inner-city areas, where funding for public defense is hardly
there. The public defenders there don't care. They get paid whether they
win or lose.
Something isn't right here. 69.2% of arrest are of
white people and 28.3% are Black. That is a staggering difference in
the number of arrests. This is a trend that has continued for years.
(I've only gone back as 2001. So far).
Embezzlement, fraud,
property crime, forcible rape, aggravated assault, burglary,
larceny-theft, Motor vehicle theft, arson, violent crime, other
assaults, forgery and counterfeiting, stolen property; (buying,
receiving, possessing), vandalism, weapons; (carrying, possessing,
etc.), prostitution and commercialized vice, and other crimes all have
one thing in common. More than 55% of these crimes were committed by
people who are white... So who are the criminals again?
