07/22/10(Thu)20:42 No.3316929>>3315010 That
kind of stuff annoys me. A few years ago I was at a con and the hotel
we stayed in was 45 floors. We were on the 40th floor, so the elevator
was the only workable option (especially since we had rolling luggage
from our booth).
We're waiting for the elevator, and a person
in a motorized wheelchair was waiting before us. The elevator came down
2 or 3 times, and everyone rushed the elevators before the wheelchair
guy could even get close. So finally, a group of us decided the next
one, we'd take over the elevator and hold the door so the poor guy
could get upstairs.
Seriously, who does that kind of ignorant shit?
I hate- -
People in skanky outfits, especially during the daytime hours. Parading
around in your underwear just says, "I'm an attention whore with no
brain, please look at me!". It's one thing to be cosplaying an actual
character with a revealing outfit. It's another thing to go walking
around looking like a hooker.
- Disorganization. I hate when
they don't have organized lines, you get to a panel early, and you end
up at the end of the line because at the last minute, some 16 year old
volunteer decides the line is way over somewhere else.
- People
who ask dumb or really embarrasing questions at Q&As with guests.
It's called Google, people! I was at a panel and a girl actually waited
in line to ask all kinds of creepy, stalkerish questions to a guest,
such as, "Can I have your phone number?" and "What kind of underwear
are you wearing right now?" |
