Hakumen's totally nerfed, Hazama is..weird, Tsubaki is interesting. supposedly she was made for beginner players.
I had to play on the arcade stick and a d-pad since the nerds at the local arcade got it to work on the computer. felt weird without the console controllers.

I'll admit there wasn't much Mokoto in CT to give you an idea of her personality other than hyper when she wanted to, lazy on studying and adores little cute boys.

She's still part of the military and I'm assuming that's her combat uniform.

Not really, they pretty much flipped the tiers of CT upside down. Bang easily got buffed the most, Hakumen, Carl, and Ragna got some pretty good buffs as well. But for the most part a lot of characters got slightly nerfed to make it more balanced. Unlike CT which was all "Hurr duur Rachel vs Rachel, Nu13 vs Nu13"

Biggest pet peeve about the new Hakumen is that when you jump, dash and slash in mid-air, it goes horizontal instead of like..kinda vertical

Well where do you play? Rachel vs Rachel is probably the most common CT match up. Shit was almost as bad as 3S or MvC2.

hakumen was so nerfed in the new game, his mid-air downward slash doesn' even exist anymore
I use him and in calamity trigger I was beating people in 10-20 seconds
now on continuum shift its 30+
and inb4 its not out yet in the west, I play the arcade form that an arcade near me has on a computer

Seriously I main Hakumen in both CT and CS, I can say CS Hakumen is lightyears better than CT Hakumen and most CS players would probably agree with me. Sure you're still going to be mashing C but now Hakumen has much better zoning and approaches. Sure his mix up is still shit but long story short they gave Hakumen more options aside from just "air approach, mash C"
