Just call the hotel. I hate talking on the phone too, and hate asking for help.

People who work at a Hotel front desk are paid to answer your questions and help you. Most of the time they're very pleasant and helpful. The fortunate thing about calling is, if you get some rude unhelpful dick on the phone, you can hang up and call back and hope to get someone else.

Also, isn't there any information about the Shuttles on AX's site?
