I like Hetalia okay. The series itself is no worse in its content or shamelessness than any other stupid moe guilty pleasure anime out there so quityerbitchin.

It's pathetic that it was such a good series the first season then turned to utter crap once the fans started ripping into it. Admittedly there are the few that aren't "OMG YAOIYAOIYAOI" and write decent fics (October 24th...holy shit dude it was amazing) with some bad ass fan art and amazing cosplays... but the majority are just "Ha! It's popular! Looks easy. I can butcher this 8D"


Hetalia is best avoided. It makes politics more annoying, takes the fun out of Fifa (if there was any) and the Olympics, and prods over enthusiastically at natural disasters. (Oil spill, Finland's Volcano, Haiti etc.) The fans get very annoying very quickly.
