Vic Mangina is a living example of everything that is wrong with the world.

Whether he intends to or not, the arrogance and narcissism is practically leaking out of his jelly doughnut ass whenever he talks about his work, accomplishments or even the characters he plays. Not since the heydays of Ryan Seacrest has there been such a short man with such a large ego. Hell, he might not mean to carry himself in a way that makes him come across as some kind of posturing nitwit that's got his head so far up his anus from kissing his own ass that he doesn't seem to realize his greatest life-achievement ever will probably be that shitty-assed WOW commercial he did. Even though gay sex is pretty hilarious when you think of the schematics of it, homophobia is no laughing matter. Vic seems to have quite the distaste for the gay and has been quite public about it. I can't fault him for getting annoyed when the umpty-eleventh bitch with neck rolls that reeks of pocky, body odor and bad decisions asks him to sign her picture of Edward and Ron butt-fucking, but a stronger VA would have hardened the fuck up and taken it like a man. I believe they may be referring to his role in CLAMP's "Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle". He voiced a very ambiguously gay character in the show, and anytime that it is brought up he denies the character's fruitastic nature and claims he talked to CLAMP personally about it and they told him the character was as straight as an arrow.
For over 10 years CLAMP has had a multitude of sexually ambiguous characters, ranging from little girls to heavenly beings.

Playing dumb is better than being antagonistic because it seems like you're not aware that you're calling him out on his bullshit and thus is more raeg-inducing from his end. Here are some suggestions:

1. Find evidence and quotes from FMA that indicated Edward Elric is an atheist and cite the fact that he is listed here in Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fictitious_atheists_and_agnostics. Ask him if Edward being on the list upsets him and if it is difficult as a Christian to say lines that are hostile towards religion. If he tries to point out quotes or instances (which are few) where Edward seems to have a positive view of Christianity make the off-handed observation that the comments he makes against religious practices seem to outweigh those quotes. Move on to point out that the show in general does not typically paint organized religion in a good light, especially when it is practiced on a nearly fanatic level. (EX: That one character in FMA who killed a Chimera in the one episode I saw is deeply religious and becomes somewhat of a monster because he apparently uses his faith to justify terrible acts. Need sauce to confirm this.)

2. Cite the panel found in this thread where he indicated that Tsubasa Chronicles the anime is more cannon than the manga. Express confusion that you thought the manga came first and point out that logically, if that's the case the original content would be the most cannon since it came from the minds of the creators.

3. Dig up the article where CLAMP acknowledges the possibility of a homosexual relationship between Fai (Vic's character) and that other guy. Find any other sources where CLAMP has talked about homosexual characters. Express puzzlement because Vic had said he spoke with CLAMP and they confirmed that Fai was heterosexual. Ask him to clarify for you.

4. Apparently, Fai makes several sexual remarks towards a male character in Tsubasa Chronicles. Find these quotes, read them allowed to Vic. Tell him you were always curious about how it felt to read lines with heavy homoerotic undertones and ask him if it made him uncomfortable or if it was something he and his male co-star could laugh about.

The only thing with these is that Vic's defense will be that he just reads the lines that he's given and he bases his characters off of what he knows from that. I think he said that in one of the videos. He's admitted that he doesn't read the manga because he works for the anime and the anime is his only concern. Which is logical to a degree since he can't assume that Fai's anime version will have the same history as manga!Fai (it's vastly different amirite?) but he has no right to claim Fai's not a gay character.

What I would do is say that you've SEEN a video where he talked about having spoken with CLAMP so that you've pointed out that there is actual evidence of him having said such, and then ask him questions from there about an interview you read about CLAMP saying their relationship was homosexual or whatever the interview may have said.
