It's great that there've been individual posts made over the past few weeks by unhappy customers, but it'd probably be best if everyone's situations are compiled together... I feel like it's been repeated a million times, but this is what I think.

First things first is everyone getting their money back, or their items, or what have you. Talia should not take on new commissions, just finish her business with the lolita community. After that, and only after that, she can disappear forever and we'll all bid her good riddance.

Now, how do we get to this point? Do we need to involve the law in making sure everyone gets the money that's owed to them? Who among us is familiar with Indiana law as it relates to this sort of thing? Or can we convince her to do it of her own accord, maybe through close friends of hers?

I kind of want to make a post on EGL but I am mostly a lurker on LJ for the most part.. The post would ask for people who are in the middle of a transaction to:

-Post what the transaction is screencaps to provide proof (so it's not just someone trying to make her look bad)
-A brief summary on the agreement (Time commissioned, time of expected completion)
-If they want a refund for the item (Or are waiting on a refund) or if they want the clothing they commissioned for.

But with every new post I would edit the main post to make a quick reference list to show how many people are waiting on her to do something.

Good idea or bad idea? Would mods just delete it? Should I ask a mod to post it first? I have nothing against Talia except for that I have been scammed before and I know how it feels so I want this to be a little more well known of all the people who are actually waiting because there ARE people who just shrug it off.

The best thing to do is look up your seller before buying anything from them or look through their feedback. I've known people to buy items claimed as being brand new when infact their used, broken, etc...
What is worse is some will get scammed by the seller who convinces them to talk to you over the phone or through another email service.
I had one guy tell a friend buying from him that he wouldn't refunded or take returns untill he gave him good feedback. Some like to fuck around rather then sending out the item hoping you'll eventually give up. I really hate the option for a seller to defend himself, sometimes, because alot of time you'll have a legitimate complaint in your feedback and the seller will make you out to be the bad guy.
