I normally would, but there have been a few occasions where I have no choice. for instance the last time I had to do it was fucking pride week and AX, when I had been traveling all over the god damned place for two weeks and was home for only two days before I went on another long ass road trip. During those two days I had time for laundry, paying rent, buying supplies and finally getting a few straight hours of sleep NOT in a moving vehicle. You know, I'm not sure how old this girl is, but I'm even going to give her the benefit of the doubt even if she is 18 or 19 -- everyone does dumb things at this age, and if so, hopefully she'll learn from this:

But honestly, she really is pretty smart, and this was actually probably nervous about doing this to a friend, even if she was a leech. I've changed a LOT since I was 18 also, and I did a LOT of stupid shit back then.

Even if she also DID dye her hair in that bathroom (which again, is the STUPID, but again, looking at the other two, how they dressed, etc, I'm more inclined to believe what she said, and she was probably scared to go after those two knowing she also dyed her hair in that hotel)

Anyways, the show is more complicated than you think. The producers contacted me after I basically submitted the case online to their site, not thinking anything would happen.

Well, anyways, they contacted me and had me go down to our local courthouse to file a small claims suit against the two of them.

They asked alot of questions! We spent from about end of May/Early June to the beginning of July coming up with what they wanted for the show.

I had about 6 different statements from different people (Corie, her husband, a girl who roomed with us, my uncle) about various things. I had a giant stack of evidence against them, but most of it was not needed. I also had some threats through email and facebook, several IMs, etc.

Anyways the whole production is fascinating. Basically, you need security with you to go ANYWHERE. They escorted me from the limo (yeah, they sent a limo. And the driver was russian and scary and talked on his phone the whole time.) So I have to wait for someone to come down to take e out of the limo just in se someone attacked me! XD

We had to wait for security clearance for EVERYTHING! I couldn't even go to the restroom without an escort!

Well, they pretty much put you in a room with another person. I waited with a quite lovely lady who was suing her ex husband for back taxes. We wait in the room for literally HOURS. A producer comes in to talk to you for a bit. Paperwork paperwork paperwork....Like an hour of signing contracts.
