All of her costumes were made by other people. She borrows, she commissions. Very little of her own effort is put into her costumes. She didn't even do her own makeup as Velvet; Joellen did. She didn't make the props.

CGL needs to consider that cosplaying is not just about sewing. Hell in some cosplays, no sewing is needed. There are so many factors that should be noted more. To name a few:
