$940bn over 10 years; would reduce deficit by $143bn
If you take
the total population, which is 308,931,000 and times it by .05, you'll
get 15,446,550. So, roughly fifteen and a half million people make up
the wealthiest 5% of the nation, right? To make it into the top 5%, you
had to have made $150,000. Altogether, they make $2,316,982,500,000.
That means they could pay for it twice in one year. Nice try.
