From what I've heard and seen, PGC is a pretty boring and uneventful county. Especially in the Oxon Hill/National Harbor areas. Cops get bored and will most likely send half the county's first responders to something as little as a jaywalker. On the other hand, the valet parking section was full of cars with Diplomat and Consulate plates, so maybe that has something to do with it too.
