It did. This was 15 minutes before the con started. I they didn't have things setup to the point where I could buy my badge and things unlocked until about half an hour after the con was supposed to start. I also had to walk ALLL the way back to my car (college campus, 15 minute walk) and move it to the correct parking lot. Badges were not checked except when entering a tourney at the game room.
