No comp badges for press or panelists. Bullshit rules and taxes that have to be paid by all vendors including AA who have already paid for their tables. 6:30AM panels on the schedule. 8:30AM mandatory cosplay rehearsal on Saturday. I suppose I could go on, but I won't.

This con is going to be so jacked, I'm just going to cosplay with my friends and drink heavily. Maybe buy some shit. That's all it's good for.

I'm so glad I'm only going for the friends and the cosplay. I have a friend who is head of registration and his favorite past time is complaining to me about what a clusterfuck everything behind the scenes is.

This means that if you registered and are doing three panels your badge will be free. This only will happen if you initially registered to do three panels. Reimbursement for the convention badge will be sometime after the convention.

I've ran three panels by myself at a con before, it is NOT easy. Especially when one of them runs over 3 hours. I did something similar this past AUSA, but I was running events with other people helping so it wasn't as stressful.

But to not comp people for working to put on events at a con is bullshit. Although I think part of the problem some cons have been having is people abusing the system and just using it to get free admission.

Still, fuck Katsucon, I'm thinking this will be my last year attending it, it's just gone downhill so bad in every single department; I don't feel guilty at all that I won't be buying a badge for the weekend.
