Cammy and Chun li have black skinned alternates by selecting them with assist two. Zangief is black skinned with assist 1 or assist 2 (assist one gives him silver attire while assist two gives you golden attire), Charlie's Assist 2 gives him considerably darker skin tone. not as dark as chun li or Cammy but it's dark. Ken's is assist 1, Bison and felicia i don't remember, and storm & Akuma, well They already look black.
