The only close encounter I've had with this man was last year at Anime North. He was doing some singing Gig, four seasons concert or something like that. I was at the closing ceremony when the director, a bunch of whatnots and Vic were having a speech there. I was sitting in my fold-up chair when I overhear Vic having a conversation with the director. The man's voice is so gruff, he sounded as if he had a sore throat. But when he gave his thank you speech, he was a different person.

I don't know much about him other than his in stage voice and off stage voice. It was like a moment where Bart Simpson visited the Mad Magazine Office in NYC. I'm not even a cosplayer and this guy seems "alright".

I saw him at Anime North. I was walking from Subway and there he was outside another restaurant. Our eyes locked and I felt very, very dirty. I do not like that man.
