11/08/09(Sun)16:50 No.2310418Point 1: Three-strike policy If
you are suspected (notice: Suspected! Not even confirmed!) of
downloading illegal content, you'll receive a strike. After three
strikes your internet will be cut of for you and any one else sharing
your internet connection.
Point 2: ISP's responsible too ISP's
(internet Service Providers, the companies that bring you your
oh-so-valued internet connections) Will also become responsible for
what you do online. Simply put this means that if you download your
anime illegally, the company will be sued.
point 3: ISP's forced to give over private, personal information to governments Take
the previous example, you downloaded illegal Anime. Your ISP gets sued,
they have to give your info over to the government and you get sued.
In
short, this means ISP's will block any site with doubtfully legal
content, including 4chan, youtube, twitter, flickr and just about all
your precious anime streaming/downloading websites.
We, Anonymous of /b/, do not like this. Does /cgl/ like this? I expect not!
