I just open up my 'temporary internet files' folder. located in C drive

-delete all of the big movie files in there
-have youtube play the video in it's entirety. hd version preferred

-refresh the temp internet files folder, and the video file should be in there. right-click somewhere inside, and choose to arrange files by size, so that the biggest file appears at the top, which should be the youtube vid

-click and drag the vid out of the folder and rename it to whatever you want.
