-CaroMaro never released our Ballerina dress because our manufacturer breached our contract and refused to print the garment unless we got an unreasonable amount of orders.
-We put our faith in the original manufacturer for several weeks, and when we realized they would not budge, we decided to no longer do business with them.
-The only existing garments from the Ballerina print are the 2 sample pieces.
-Refunded all customers, as well as giving a refund/coupon/what have you to all affected customers, as well as entering them in a drawing to win a refund/coupon of a higher monetary denomination, as our apology, as well as a written apology and explanation.
-After we dropped said manufacturer, we began working with a much more reliable manufacturer.
-The Bunny Brunch dress has NOT gone up for sale or Pre-Order yet. We're not ready, and have more colors than we previously thought, as well as skirts in the works.

In the future, we may decide to attempt to re-release the Ballerina print with our new manufacturer.

So, it was a factory issue? Maybe you should have looked into the order number before you offered the dresses.

Also, where does one find a factory to produce your designs? I know China obviously, but where and how? I got a lolita business to open up! (in b4 not burando. most if not all of brand is made in china, TRUFAX!)
