Vic seems to fit this profile. If you are wondering why I hate Vic so much its cuz every year at ACEN he is always on the guest list taking up the spot of someone who is much better than him.

Also one year my group ran into some friends we hadnt seen in a while and they wanted to get our picture (had a decent sized group) and Vic comes strolling along with his "entourage" of fangirls giggling behind him and 2 IRT "security officers" as body guards.
