I've said this to people before, anon, but notice that the two examples I've picked so far aren't well-known designs. They're gijinka spin-offs from two series I enjoy. So I'm hoping someone may post something I like from a series I like, but just didn't realize a hooded spin-off design existed for!

X-2 : White mages

Also I think Sakura has a cape at least once in Tsubasa Resivoir Chronicals... Quite a few of the girls also get capes throughout Magic Knights Rayearth...

Raven is several cosplay in one due to the multiple personality episode! You do realize to be authentic you would have to wear no bra, camie, panties, thongs, socks, stockings, underwear, etc. Of any kind! It is revealed it the comic directly! You can sorta guess from the closeups in the show! In the comics, Raven wears a skirt! This may lead to some pantyless panty shots!
