Every
point brought up in an argument is to a point, and to argue
constructively and not just have, to put it crudely, shit-fights, you
must argue on terms. You are continually grasping at different points
in an attempt to paint 'your aggressors' as the bad guys.
I shall lay it out.
The OP stated that "Post your favourite COSPLAY pics, the kind of stuff those idiot lolitas could never pull off."
While
yes, the term idiot is an incendiary remark, you have more than matched
that- you also have begun to target cosplayers personally, something
that is generally termed 'not cool.'
This remark, however, was
brought up because most 'lolitas' simply purchase their clothing and
wear it about, and the culture is more geared towards who looks the
best in what, rather than the craftsmanship, the fabric involved,
crafting, sculpting, molding, fiberglassing, et cetera.
You admitted that most lolitas are not capable of crafting even a dress.
An
anon quotes the "Post favourite cosplay pics, etc" quote from OP, and
you call them out on leaving out a vital part. However, unless you were
referring to the term 'idiot', we have already agreed on the point that
many lolitas cannot sew a dress.
THEREFORE, you are bringing up an element of debate which is not relevant. A "Red herring" if you will.
