gun prohibition laws are probably the most influential because of how
big it is, but it's not the state with the harshest anti-gun laws, and
neither is New York.
Hell, neither state even bans concealed
carry outright, although you need to be policially connected to get a
permit. (It's cute how many liberals up here are such rabid hoplophobes
that they defend discretionary permit systems that allow racist cops to
arbitrarily deny CCW permits to applicants for no reason other than
excessive pigmentation.)
And on a remotely on topic note,
airsoft guns exist in this bizarre legal gray area right now in Canada
because their projectiles are too slow to be considered real firearms,
but they shoot something so they're not non-firing replicas (which are
illegal). It's only a matter of time until the loophole is closed, and
then it'll be illegal to use airsoft weapons for cosplay. |
