Lickitung is a chubby pokemon but you should still lose the weight. (especially if you plan to post on /cgl/) The best part is however that it doesn`t have to be a dramatic drop.

145 is the average weight for a man of 5`10".
You`re 6" shorter and 11 lbs off. I don`t know how it sits on your build but it can be looked at as motivation to slim down.

I think you'd be cute as is in the lickitung costume at your size. Since the dress is supposed to be somewhat loose, it should still fit with only minor, if any, adjustments once you use a little weight.

The average weight for men and women are different? Those dimensions aren't usually that bad for a female unless they live an unhealthy lifestyle or have a certain body type.

Anyway OP, it depends on the costume's design and where you carry your weight. If the costume features your stomach a bit and that's where you gain most of your weight then maybe you should start a diet and excersize plan. If you feel like you're living an unhealthy life then you should do that anyway but if you're healthy and have an active life then I think you're fine.

I don't think you need to lose weight to do that outfit, I mean, you can, but I'm not sure it would make that much difference and it's not totally necessary.

As long as you have decent legs you'll be fine. If you feel really uncomfortable, wear tights (in either flesh-tone or pink, to match the outfit).
