Sure I would still cosplay. Pretty much all of my cosplays have been super obscure shit, (Ultra obscure in Denmark), and since Im still enjoying the hobby.. I guess, .. Sure I would still cosplay.

sure, that was my first con in a nutshell. only people who could even figure were the few people who cosplayed from the same series.

My first few cosplays were relatively unknown characters...at the time. It's odd that there were actually days when you could cosplay a Gurren Lagann character and no one would recognize you!

I prefer the feeling you get when people see your obscure cosplay and tell you how much they love the series/character to a bunch of people taking pictures of you for being Popular Character X or for showing off your body in costume. I like cosplaying to spread the popularity of the series, and not my own.
