I got that impression of them. I tried to compliment some chick on her outfit, but she turned away like she didn't hear me. I'd understand if we were in a big crowd and whatnot, but there was hardly anyone around at the time and I was standing right beside her. It was just plain rude.

multiple sources tell me that sonic man was seen heading into the woman's bathroom with an ugly fattie. what makes me laugh is he's beat so many people at that convention to potentially copulating at the con.

the lolita society is run by an egotistical woman and the cosplay society is run by a girl who talks shit about the majority of its members who have long departed due to irritation.

both started out with good intentions, but people kill the community. there's been other talks of conventions-i even almost staffed one that was in the works maybe 8 years ago, but it fell through.

it does allright, considering the limitations, in my opinion. they are severely understaffed due to a sheer lazyness in its attendees. i ran into many /b/rothers there. they know their own. i only wish the anonymous from a-kon, made it, as he is a local. if you have seen him, he had a green bodysuit and then a suit on that suit.

i appreciate the sentiment of it, though, local trolls. pablo tovar jr constantly lurks the lower lobbies, since he'll never do a panel in that con again, for being a capital douche.

i can see the paranoia of anything gun-like, though, purely because it's hosted on a college campus and we all know how that goes.

i've been to a lot of conventions, traveling significant distances to them. epac is just like any other convention, except distinctively smaller, cheaper and with zero guests of note. when vic shows up, however, that will be when i stop attending.


there is no difference in the attendees, except for the fact that there's a lack of that filler element to distract you from all the underage kids running around doing dumb things. one anime expo, i saw two people link up their piercings and some random girl runs through the chain ripping through their flesh, etc.

everything's gotta start somewhere. doesn't help that TR Rose moved to dallas and killed the amazing cosplay potential, but there is SOME outstanding cosplay.
