yup, is a manager at a movie theater in San Francisco. He actually doesn't seem too bad when you first talk to him, then you find out what he's really all about and the creepiness begins.

he lives in some tiny basement apartments so his over head is low, and going to cons is all he spends money on. Also he doesn't have have to pay admission because of press passes, and if he is shooting for cosplay.com or acp they help pay his way.

Truth:
He works in one of the Carolina's at an AMC theatre. He's not a manager, he's a booth and cashier guy. He's been working there for so long that he makes good money doing it (He's I believe in his mid 40s and has been working there since he was much younger) Hhe lives with his father who is sick (and in his 80s) and he takes care of him. I believe most of the cons he goes to he gets his badges free and he has friends that help him get good airfare and hotel rooms.

Not a bad guy, but having to take care of his father most his life has made him a little off social at times.

While we're all spreading misinformation, I heard he's a professional assassin. He puts on an act so no one suspects, but he goes to all these cons because it's the easiest way to get to his targets.

I mean, you wouldn't suspect him of being a trained assassin, would you? Totally works. Check out his camera gear... his "battery pack" on the bottom of his camera? A single bullet sniper gun. He's not zooming in for a photo, he's zooming in to get better acquisition of targets.

He's pretty nice, but if you're hot he's going to hit on you. He's not very good at it so it comes off as creepy but people need to get the fuck over it. he's not a leg humper or a mouth breather, if you tell him to get lost, he will, and he's not going to trash talk you. You just have to actually TELL him, look, go away, I'm not interested. if you don't he's one of those guys that sees it as false hope. I find him one of the more likeable socially awkward guys I know and it's not because he omg, has a camera.

He does a good job of capturing most of a con's cosplayers--better for sheer numbers than anyone else--even if he does fixate on hotter girls, it's his camera after all.
