With all the talk here on pokemon and trainers, is it lame or cool to do original character designs? At metrocon we got a group together that did original designs for trainers for all 8 Eevee evolutions.

My friend and I want to make a Snorlax costume, possibly with one of those inflatable sumo wrestler costumes as a base to be covered with fabric, and block various places around a convention (doorways, halls), jokingly refusing to move unless someone plays a Pokeflute.

3/4 of our local cons have staff who really don't give a shit about shenanigans like blocking random doors.

The truth about Maguma is he's just a really nice guy. If you've met him or hung out with him at or outside of cons you'd know he tries really hard to make sure everyone is comfortable even if they are new to a group. First time I met he we ended up talking for a good hour and it was as if we had been friends for ages. If you'd take the time to actually talk to him you'd see he's not as bad as some jealous rumor spreading fags make him out to be.
