Just travel in groups and use common sense and you'll be fine.

It's big. Like, really big. So, you might get lost. And expect to wait in long lines if you plan on going to any concerts or masquerade or anything.

Other than that it's like your average con, but bigger. You have a larger group of mature folks, but you also have a larger group of immature pricks.

One more thing I forgot to add; I will probably be at Otakon also. The weekend fits well between first summer term and second summer term.

It's a fun con if you're with a group. You'll probably want to walk around a bit and figure out where everything is since it is very big. Look for great cosplay, but don't expect any better panels or programming that your average size con.

Also I wouldn't recommend walking at night alone, but even if your hotel is several blocks away there are always lots of con goers walking around downtown so it's not normally an issue.
