    Hey. /cgl/, I'm looking for a bit of advice. I need to shed a few pounds for a cosplay next month, so I was wondering if anyone has strategies for getting rid of that extra flab as quick as possible. I don't mind if these ideas are somewhat unhealthy as they'll only be used in the short term. Thanks in advance.

    Exercise (I dunno, just 30 minut, 5 days a week would be good enough) + completely cutting out carbs.
    The Atkins diet is always good for temporary weight loss.

    Without knowing your body type or your present eating habits it's tough to make recommendations. If you drink non diet soda just stop. If you eat snacks regularly just stop. Cutting out an extra couple hundred calories a day makes a huge difference in a month.

    OP here. As for my body type, I'm naturally curvy. I have boobs and hips (not to mention I have big bones, since I drink nothing but milk and water), so I know a little extra fat is natural on my body type.

    And my eating habits, I eat two and a half meals a day: breakfast (can range from a piece of toast to pancake platter), "afterschool snack" (between 3-4pm, can range from a 100 Calorie Pack to a sandwich), and dinner. I don't eat a lot, but holy crap I love carbs. Chocolate is also one of my vices, but I've been good about keeping it out of my diet lately. I try not to eat after 8pm.

    take 1000 miligram vitamin C pills everyday. Taking the pills will make u lose at least ten pounds or more, if taken everyday till the day of ur cosplay. The only thing About it...it will make u shit...alot. BUT! it is a healthy way of losing weight...kinda...

    is u can get your hands on some hydroxycut max/or hardcore that'll definetely do the trick for what you need.

    but you need to do whatever exercise it's needed, you can't possibly expect results just by taking the damn thing and believing that's suck your fat from your flab.

    when I took them (seeing how some jumpy mate went down 35pounds after a month on them) I didn't see many results.
    Now......I spent 4 days eating anything next to nothing, while still taking at least one of those pills a day, and it must have gone down the toilet, but I went down 5 pounds in that week.

    Now go buy some hydroxycut while it still last, or if you dun find any, get Lipo6, or sumthing like that(my friend who went doen 35 pounds? he's on those now)

    Get your fat ass moving and walk some miles bitch or you wont be hot and fab for that costume, get it?

    OP here, and jeez, I'm not so heavy that I'm looking to lose half my body weight. I just want to get rid of about ten pounds in three weeks. Only reason I have the weight in the first place is because the weather just turned warm enough where I live that I can go out and get some exersice. Jesus.

    Basically extreme diets to make you lose a lot of weight in a short time make your body think it's starving. To protect itself from the coming famine it starts to store as many calories as it can, so the second you go off it and start eating normally all that food turns right into fat. It doesn't matter if you're 100 lbs or 300 lbs, it's just how things work.
