The people in the photo aren't moving at all, and people can create HDR from a single photo usually if they have the RAW file... bump and drop the exposure levels. Assuming the photo isn't way too out there. Just FYI

the way I was taught how HDR works is it's a combination of two RAWs taken in different settings that I can't remember right now. But then again there's probably a new better way of doing it since the last time I did anything photography related was almost 3 years ago. Technology moves too fast...

I don't bother with HDR but everything I've read about it is combining 3 photos with 3 different shutter speeds (+1, -1 or +2, -2 exposures). But I've heard of people taking one single photo, manipulating exposures and crap for RAW photos and HDRing that shit. That's what I was referring to, heh
