CURE has more obscure series and usually less eyesores than on Cos.Com, but both websites have plenty of failures.

The thing is:

Every damn Japanese on cure has good quality photos. Even the really bad ones. And it makes them look better. Believe me, 90% of photos are shot with single-lens reflex camera.

Cure doesn't make the quality of the photos worser like Cos.com does.

Many cure cosplayers have a mix of bad and good. Some don't seem to mind putting shitty camera phone pics next to the high grade stuff.

I dunno, I think having a Cure account to some people has become (hates to use the word) a bit...pretentious? It isn't necessary to me; I already have a coscom, cosplaylab & ACP account so one more is just too much. I guess coscom is enough for me.

I prefer coscom. More to do and search for stuff under photo yields what I want more often than not..

I do wish they would let you display more than 20 pics at a time. Searching through 40 pages of just 20 photos a piece is annoying.

I like Cure, but you can't do much on there other than look at pics and maybe comment in a guestbook. Knowing who visited you is cool though.

imho, they both have perks and flaws which balance it out to even.

There are loads and loads of crappy mobilecam-pictures on cure or mini-pictures from the purikura. Also many ugly cosplayers in terrible costumes.
But not quite as many as on cos.com and not quite as terrible as over there.
So for good pictures it's better than c.com.

But when it comes to communication or features like faving costumes or single pictures and giving comments, cos.com may not be great but far better than cure could ever be as it is now.

Anyway, I'll agree that the percentage of good photos is higher on cure than on coscom. But cure has its fair share of bad photography and bad cosplay.

I think I mostly prefer cure because I my moonspeak isn't good enough for me to realize that I hate half the people there.

See I can't figure out what they think of black people. I wonder if they view my stuff just cause it's "OMG a black person" or if they are genuinely interested.

It doesn't help that one of the pictures are cropped so the thumbnail doesn't show me but a pretty white girl and that pic has the most views.
