Unless you're ordering at least six months before your con don't go to LimeBarb. (though her quality is great)she still occassionally misses deadlines.
Fan Plus Friend is so-so. I know people who've been thrilled with what they got and some who've gotten crap. Ditto with Dream-angels.
I don't know anyone who's ordered from Cosplay1 so I can't say much about them. They annoy me with their spamming on cos.com's Marketplace though.

Cheap, great construction for "easy" designs. Doesn't know a lot of sewing techniques though...currently have 2 with them and they both look like shit compared to what I've seen from them. My advice...stay away.

Another anon here discouraging SetsunaKou. It costs even more if you specify for them not to use satin, and she tends to hot-glue outfits together on the cheap and since she tries everything she sews for people on to take pictures, finding long black hairs in the outfit isn't too surprising
