You really haven't seen the spoilers up to this point?

-Kyosuke firmly rejects all the girls.
-Kyosuke and Kirino confess their love for each other but decide to make an arrangement by which they will only be a couple until graduation and then become Normal siblings. -Manami and Kirino have a fight.
-Manami asks Kyosuke what he would do if she told their parents and Kyosuke says that it can't be helped but he would not give up his love for Kirino and struggle to stay together.
-Manami confesses and is rejected.
-After graduation the two have a private wedding. Dressed as bride and groom but nobody else in the church or officiating the ceremony.
-They kiss, and in a sad scene reveal that their arrangement was to stay together as a couple only until graduation.
-They walk out of the church NOT holding hands.
-Fast forward a few days. The two are once again in Akihabara, going to a meeting with Kuroneko, Saori and more members of their Online Club "Otaku Girls Unite".
-Kirino sees an anime ring and tells Kyosuke to purchase it for her.
-After a bit of banter he purchases the ring and this makes her very happy.
-Kyosuke then remembers she still owes him a wish so he asks her to get closer.
-Kyosuke surprises her by kissing her again.
-She pushes him away "Hadn't we agreed we were going to be normal siblings from now on!"
-He tells her this seems normal to him.
-She tells him that they have to hurry on to the meeting but that they will have a "Life Consultation" later about this.
THE END.

In interviews the author says he could not be more explicit in the book because the editors wouldn't let him but that to re-state (more clearly) what is on the book this is a total Kirino victory and that if the novels started with Kirino and Kyosuke sharing a secret then they also end with them sharing a new secret (that they are going to continue their relationship in secret).
