Can you rationally explain what's wrong with fanservice aside from claiming it isn't mature enough for you? As a fan why should you give a shit? It's easy enough to avoid the more risque shows if that's your thing.

I think the problem is that in most anime it's BAD fanservice.

They don't even bother because they know 7000 suckers will buy the blurays just for some nipples.

Well, I feel it kind of drags the mood down. Unless it's something like Panty and Stocking. If it stops and makes me say "Fucking Really"? then it's bad. Especially if it happens in a sad/serious scene.

I don't think it should be done too much in something that's supposed to be taken seriously.
