Either way, you know that dying will be an important part somewhere. You'll know that there's even the possibility of someone dying - or there might be. For example, especially in Madoka, with its cutesey style, one of THE central surprise moments (probably the most important one) gets basically nullified if you even know that there MIGHT someone die.

Hello /a/, I've watched a lot of actual Mahou Shoujos since last year, when I first watched Madoka. I honestly don't remember anything about this show other then the constant shit that gets spouted on /a/, so my view of this show is completely jaded in "kyoukoxsayaka" and "who homu here?"

So with unjaded eyes and a fresh outlook, I'm going to rewatch this god damned series, one day at a time. Since madoka threads are always up, I'll just join what ever one is currently going on.

The last series to truly suffer was Hidamari S1. It then became a gimmick with the exceptions of Bakemonogatari and Madoka. The Negima movie was Studio Pastoral's fault.

I can't remember any gigantic failuers in Denpa Onna.

If it's anything like the other screenings, you might be better waiting for the disc: at important bits of the plot, the songs got new, with-lyrics arrangements, and the official subtitles don't bother translating them.

Only Credens Justitiam (Mirai) got lyrics during the story. The other song to get lyrics was Sagitta Luminis (Hikarifuru), which was the end credit roll. The Madoka ascension scene used plain Sagitta Luminis.
